  7. Rosewood  Journal   is  an  Invoice  Journal   and  Accounts
  8. Receivable "front-end"  to be  used in conjunction  with any
  9. General Ledger program.
  10.  
  11. Rosewood  Journal  keeps  track  of cash  and  credit  sales
  12. invoices, payments on account, sales tax (up to two levels),
  13. and  complete accounts receivable.  A General  Ledger report
  14. tells the amounts to  be entered, and the accounts  in which
  15. to enter them. Accounts  Receivable lists are aged (current,
  16. 30 days,  60 days  and  90+ days).  Customer statements  are
  17. designed  to  be  folded  into a  standard  business  window
  18. envelope. These statements  are also aged. A  label maker is
  19. built  in. Screen colors and  names of sales  taxes are user
  20. configurable. Rosewood  Journal is simple to  learn and easy
  21. to  use.   There  is   no  need  to   understand  accounting
  22. terminology.  Entries  are  made  quickly with  the  aid  of
  23. softkey macros and intuitive data entry.

  25. The program is supported by telephone, CompuServe E-Mail, or
  26. by  ordinary  mail.  Upon registering,  clients  receive the
  27. latest  program  version  and   a  file  which  removes  the
  28. exhortations to  register. Distributors  will be  sent major
  29. upgrades.
